I don't have a magic wand, but I do have years of experience helping people grow, and a pretty comfy couch!

Using an eclectic and evidence-based approach, my goal when working with individuals of any age and at varying points in life, is to provide the emotional support and tools necessary for you to be confident in your ability to achieve your goals in life.


When working with couples, regardless of what stage the relationship is in, I emphasize honesty, open communication, and the elimination of assumptions in order to encourage healing and understanding within each partner.


Taking a strengths-based approach with families, I stress the importance of validation and appreciation in order to help resolve conflicts and improve relationships between family members.
